Continuing the 'Electronic Projects' theme on certificate 18, Stuart Cullen aka PILOTE emerges after a long wait with a 4 track EP and 6 track CD single. Where has he been you may ask? Recording his second album 'Do it now Man!' to be released late February 2001.

'3 to the Floor' however, reveals one track taken from the LP. 'Fair Play' leading the way into more audible enthusiasm, emotional, provocative and not entirely melancholy free such as 'Getting Down', 'Trying to get a hold of the Sheriff' and the aptly named 'Simple'.
