Fall 2001 marks the release of Kjetil Dale Sagstad, AKA K, AKA POLAR's first solo long player "Still Moving". Heralded by the press as "the Carl Craig of drum & bass", Polar is known for his ability to cross genres while maintaining the Drum & bass aesthetic that generated his initial acclaim.
With this release the 22 year old Norwegian native delivers the definitive album for electronic music purists, demonstrating the diversity of influence with clear signs of techno and new electronica shining through. This LP brings added depth to his already impressive repertoire, continuing to break the barrier between the dancefloor and home.

Polar's sound has received support from a variety of DJ's and producers including Gilles Peterson, Adam Freeland, Laurent Garnier, Goldie, Carl Cox, Plaid and Doc Scott.

Polar is the first Cetificate 18 artist to have a promo video!
